As a Growth Marketing Manager, based in Central London, you will play a key role in delivering measurable marketing impact across digital channels, martech operations, and demand generation activity. Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (e.g., paid media, email, ABM, events) to drive pipeline growth.
- Own day-to-day campaign management across digital platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Align campaign activity with commercial and sales objectives to generate qualified leads and accelerate opportunities.
- Manage and optimise the marketing technology stack, including automation workflows and integrations.
- Ensure lead capture, routing, and lifecycle processes are efficient, automated, and aligned with sales teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign ROI and pipeline contribution.
