This is an autonomous role that take ownership of the management accounting process, improve processes and will have scope to progress into a Finance Manager position in the near future! This is a progressive role that will be fully office based in Gloucester, with a salary between £45,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits on offer. Key duties The main duties of the Management Accountant role will consist of: Preparation of monthly management accounts Variance analysis and cost analysis Balance sheet reconciliations and reporting Accruals and prepayments Fixed assets and depreciation WIP analysis and deferred income Preparation of year end statutory accounts Improve and implement processes when required About you..
