This role is based in Vietnam and we are looking for local candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City. This is an outstanding opening to become the head of development or future CTO. This is a permanent role in partnership with Robert Half Ltd and Tony Koyratty.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Work Pattern 2 days in office and 3 days from home). Candidates must be able to live and work and travel to central Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Python/React.js) with deep React and Next.js expertise and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You'll work closely with Product and Design to transform high-fidelity Figma designs into beautiful, responsive, pixel-perfect applications while helping shape the future architecture of a rapidly scaling platform.
What We're Looking For
- Work across the whole stack - Python, Django, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React/Next.js
- Identify opportunities to streamline customer operations with AI, then design and build AI pipeline and agentic flows to implement them
- You are an experienced full-stack engineer who is comfortable taking product ideas from discovery through deployment.
- You enjoy working independently, making pragmatic technical decisions, and building software that solves real-world problems for customers.
- You have strong hands-on experience with our core stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- You understand REST APIs, web development fundamentals, database design, and what it takes to build reliable, performant systems.
