An exciting opportunity for a part-qualified Senior Finance Analyst (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) to join a well-established organisation with strong growth and long-term plans. The role plays a key part in delivering high-quality financial insight, with responsibility for P&L reporting, trade performance analysis and close business partnering across the business. The position offers hybrid working, with three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of monthly P&L reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Preparation and delivery of detailed trade reporting and performance insights
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles
  • Provide commercial analysis to support decision-making and business performance
  • Business partner with non-finance stakeholders to drive financial understanding
  • Support month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Identify and implement process improvements within finance
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and projects as required

Key Requirements

  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), actively studying
  • Experience in a finance analyst or similar commercial finance role
  • Strong knowledge of P&L reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience producing trade and performance reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence with finance systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded, detail-oriented and proactive
