About the role

In this role, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process - from identifying new business opportunities and acquiring clients, to placing top-tier candidates in roles that align with their career goals. You'll build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and go-to recruitment partner. Leveraging a variety of sourcing channels - including job boards, social media, and professional networks - you'll identify and engage high-calibre talent across your market. You'll collaborate closely with a high-performing, supportive team to share insights, celebrate wins, and continuously refine recruitment strategies to deliver outstanding results.
