Requirements

  • Experience administering and customizing MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service or similar
  • Experience administering and customizing MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central
  • Experience with Azure ADO, or equivalent tooling - highly desirable
  • Experience with delivering projects using Agile & Scrum - highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles
  • Knowledge of languages such as XML, SQL, JavaScript, Python, .NET, and C# - desirable

Responsibilities

  • Elicit business requirements and translate them into user stories and tickets
  • Work with the business systems developer to develop, test, and deliver business requirements
  • Administer, troubleshoot, customize, and deliver business updates into the business systems
  • Champion the use of business systems to existing champions
  • Arrange suitable training for champions to support business users
  • Review systems regularly to ensure they are secured and licensed correctly
  • Identify ways to reduce costs where possible
  • Coordinate the development and testing of new changes and solutions
  • Maintain documentation for users and administrators
