We're looking for a Xero Implementation Specialist, Xero Practice Lead, or Cloud Accounting Implementation Manager to take ownership of Xero onboarding, migration, and enablement across a growing Accounting-as-a-Service function. This is a specialist role - ideal for someone whose background is 80%+ focused on Xero implementations, migrations, and client training, rather than general bookkeeping or year-end accounting.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end Xero implementations and client migrations
  • Onboarding SMEs onto Xero from legacy systems
  • Acting as the internal Xero subject matter expert
  • Delivering Xero training for internal teams and clients
  • Troubleshooting complex Xero setup, workflow, and integration issues
  • Building scalable onboarding guides, FAQs, and training resources
  • Improving implementation processes and reducing support dependency
