A globally recognised transformation consultancy is looking for an experienced M365 Systems Administrator to join its growing technology team in London. This is an opportunity to step into a business where technology is seen as a genuine enabler of growth, collaboration and innovation. You'll play a key role in shaping and supporting a modern Microsoft ecosystem across a highly collaborative international environment.
The business operates across multiple global locations and partners with some of the world's best-known organisations on large-scale transformation and organisational change projects. Internally, they are continuing to invest heavily in their own technology landscape, with a strong focus on security, automation, user experience and cloud-first infrastructure.
The Opportunity
Joining a close-knit and high-performing IT function, you'll take ownership across Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, security tooling and user support while helping drive the company's transition into a fully optimised Microsoft 365 E5 environment. This is far more than a traditional support role. You'll have the chance to influence tooling, improve processes, automate workflows and contribute to wider technology initiatives across the business.

- Microsoft 365 administration
- Intune and endpoint management
- Microsoft Defender and security tooling
- Entra ID and identity management
- SharePoint and Teams administration
- Microsoft Purview and compliance
- Automation using Power Automate
- SaaS application support and integrations
- User support across Windows, Mac and mobile environments
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing first and second-line technical support to users across global offices
- Managing and optimising the Microsoft 365 environment
- Supporting device management through Intune and endpoint security tooling
- Assisting with security, compliance and access management initiatives
- Improving internal processes through automation and workflow improvements
- Supporting collaboration tools including Teams and SharePoint
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver an exceptional user experience
- Contributing to ongoing IT projects and technology transformation initiatives
What They're Looking For
- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Hands-on knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, Defender and Exchange Online
- Experience supporting Windows, MacOS and mobile devices
- Understanding of security and compliance best practices
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate would be highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Someone proactive, solutions-focused and keen to improve systems and processes
