About the Position
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across a portfolio of business sectors.
- Delivering detailed financial analysis, identifying key trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Producing insightful management reporting and KPI analysis to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Consolidating financial information across multiple business areas and ensuring reporting accuracy.
- Supporting scenario modelling and strategic planning initiatives.
- Reviewing and challenging financial assumptions to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial outcomes.
- Partnering with operational and regional stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting, planning, and financial processes.
- Contributing to governance, controls, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong experience within FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering, or financial analysis roles.
- Advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience presenting financial information and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and strong systems skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A proactive and commercially focused mindset with a passion for driving business performance.
