Robert Half are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a large, international real estate and professional services business on a permanent basis, based in Central London. This is a commercially focused role offering the chance to partner closely with senior stakeholders, support financial decision-making, and drive performance across multiple business streams.

About the Position
- Reporting into the Finance Director, you will play a key role in supporting the business through:
- Conducting regular P&L reviews and managing costs across business areas.
- Leading fee forecasting, revenue management, and accrual processes.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting, providing timely insights to drive decision-making.
- Overseeing disbursement processes and ensuring financial controls are maintained.
- Managing finances for Turnkey operations and reviewing labour allocations and salary sheets.
- Leading ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders and internal teams, anticipating and responding to commercial and financial needs.
- Supporting change initiatives driven by growth and operational priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Newly or nearly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - ideally close to completing your qualification.
- Previous experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance roles; experience managing a small team is desirable but not essential.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel and systems skills, with the ability to analyse and present financial information clearly.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of contributing to business decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident liaising with senior management and stakeholders.
- Self-starter with attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
