The Opportunity

Robert Half are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a dependable and well-organised Finance Officer to join their growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the second hire in the finance function, offering real scope to contribute to process improvements and support the continued expansion of the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day finance operations across the business
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports
  • Monitor budgets and highlight any variances
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable & receivable
  • Support payroll processes
  • Track and manage income streams
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Contribute to the improvement of finance systems and processes

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar finance role
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads effectively
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
