Robert Half are delighted to be working with a growing and well-established interiors specialist seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of commercial fit-out projects across London, whilst being primarily based out of their Nantgarw office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of office-based coordination and on-site project exposure, with weekly travel into London.
The Role
- You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering interior projects from initial handover through to completion, acting as the key link between sales, clients, suppliers, and installation teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project handovers from the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition into operations.
- Liaising with contractors to coordinate surveys, installations, and project timelines.
- Attending site surveys and pre-start meetings (London-based projects).
- Coordinating installation teams and subcontractors.
- Overseeing procurement to ensure materials are delivered on time.
- Managing schedules, logistics, and installation programmes.
- Preparing and submitting RAMS and ensuring H&S compliance.
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on performance and profitability.
- Building strong client and subcontractor relationships.
- Attending weekly meetings in London alongside site visits as required.
About You
- Experience in a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager role, ideally within interiors, fit-out, or construction.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage timelines and budgets.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused.
- Based within commutable distance of Nantgarw and open to weekly travel to London.
