Robert Half are working with a growing business in North Somerset to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to support their continued expansion. The Role
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment activity end to end, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and attract high-quality talent across the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey, acting as a true ambassador for the company's values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles and recruitment needs
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Create and manage job adverts across relevant platforms
- Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting through ATS
- Represent the company's values, brand, and culture to the external market
About You
- Previous recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
- Candidate-focused with a passion for employer branding
Desirable Experience
- Recruitment experience within engineering, manufacturing, technical, or project-based roles
- Experience supporting recruitment in a growing or changing business
