This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong commercial finance experience who is looking to join a business in growth mode and take on a highly visible, value-adding position. This role will suit someone who is confident working closely with stakeholders across the business, enjoys turning financial and operational data into meaningful insight, and is passionate about driving business performance and continuous improvement. With significant exposure to senior leaders and involvement in strategic projects, this position offers excellent scope for progression and development.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to support decision-making
- Providing insightful analysis to help drive commercial and operational performance
- Taking ownership of P&L reporting and performance review
- Preparing and delivering business performance presentations to senior stakeholders
- Interpreting complex financial and operational data to provide clear, actionable insight
- Supporting and leading strategic projects across the business
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives across finance and wider business processes
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning activities
About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven commercial finance experience in a business partnering or value-add finance role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insight
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive, commercially minded and keen to influence decision-making
