Robert Half is partnering with a high-growth organisation to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager role into a newly evolved leadership role. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior operational and commercial leaders, acting as a trusted adviser and helping to shape business performance across multiple revenue streams. The role sits at the heart of the organisation, providing commercial insight, driving profitability and supporting key strategic decisions.

You'll be responsible for challenging and influencing stakeholders, improving commercial performance and identifying opportunities to drive growth, margin and operational efficiency. We're looking for a commercially focused finance leader who enjoys getting under the skin of a business. This is not a traditional reporting-focused role; it requires someone who can translate data into actions, influence decision-making and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Key Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Experience within a product-led, retail, consumer, e-commerce, manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of product profitability, pricing and margin management.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
  • Commercially astute with a track record of driving business performance.
  • Experience supporting change, transformation, systems improvement or automation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical capability combined with excellent communication skills.
