Robert Half is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Insights Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insight that drives both strategic and operational decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, finance, and business partnering. You will deliver high-impact insights, develop robust analytical models, and work closely with senior leaders to help the organisation understand performance, optimise profitability, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how data is used across a complex, federated environment and to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-value insights across key performance metrics with defined data domains - finance, retail, pricing and promotion, facilities management etc.
- Build advanced analytical and financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Act as trusted insight partner to senior business and finance stakeholders.
- Work closely with Business Intelligence teams within a hub-and-spoke operating model.
- Partner with Data Governance teams to ensure finance data is well-managed, trusted and consistently understood.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of data products and dashboards.
- Develop analytical solutions using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Databricks.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong SQL, Power BI and financial data modelling.
- Experience working with enterprise data models, semantic layers, or governed data domains.
- Proven experience partnering with senior finance and business stakeholders.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to influence decisions and shape financial narratives.
