We are recruiting for a Transactional Finance Migration & Automation Analyst to support the integration and migration of finance activities across international operations into a standardised finance function. This is a hands-on role that combines transactional finance, process improvement, and finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Support the migration of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, contractor payments, billing and reconciliation processes into a standard operating model.
Process contractor payments, supplier invoices, customer invoicing and timesheet validations.
Assist with month-end activities, reconciliations and financial controls.
Review and document existing finance processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
Resolve transactional queries and investigate discrepancies across multiple systems.
Create process documentation, handover notes and operating procedures.
Produce reporting and status updates on migration progress, risks and outstanding actions.
Support wider transactional finance activities and provide cover where required.
About You
Strong transactional finance experience across AP, AR, reconciliations, billing, payment runs and month-end processes.
Previous exposure to finance migration, transformation, integration or process improvement projects.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately.
Strong Excel and finance systems experience.
Confident analysing data, resolving discrepancies and improving processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments.
Desirable
Experience with Sage Intacct, Sage, Kantata or similar finance and timesheet systems.
Experience within professional services, technology, consultancy or contractor-led organisations.
Exposure to multi-country finance operations, shared services or acquisition integrations.
Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or studying towards a professional finance qualification.
