Robert Half are working with a leading consulting client and are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients Talent Acquisition team. Reporting into the UK Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will own all experienced hire recruitment for the UK business and support the annual graduate recruitment campaign. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment support and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
This is great role for an experienced TA professional that has worked within Consulting/Professional Services, previous experience of working within Accounting and Finance would be preferred. This is a Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office.
Required experience:- 3+ years proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on professional services recruitment.
- Prior experience of working within the Accounting and Finance market preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, dedicated to recruiting quality new talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate, and hiring manager experience.
- Proactive rather than reactive with a positive solution-orientated and client focused mindset with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Personable and enjoys dealing with people; someone who finds it easy to build good relationships.
- Preference of experience recruiting in the consulting or professional services sector.
- Experience of working on multiple vacancies across different business units and levels, with evidence of how to do this well.
- Good interviewing and assessment skills, including willingness to support the design of improved interview and assessment tools.
- Experience of sourcing including leveraging referrals, any experience working with global mobility candidates a benefit but not essential.
- Excellent organisation and recruitment process management experience.
