Robert Half are looking for a Motor Claims Team Leader to join a rapidly growing business within their claims handling team. The role will be 100% remote.
Required experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in motor claims
- A background working in Liability Claims team or working within the Loss Adjusting/Legal field managing Liability claims
- 5+ years of management experience with a preference for experience managing in a remote environment
Duties:
- Manage the day to day operations of a team of motor adjusters managing a mix of accounts
- Looking after your own caseload and overseeing larger losses and contentious cases
- Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
- Monitor and analyse claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement
- Serve as a resource for escalated claims
