Robert Half is seeking a part-time Junior IT Support Engineer to join a London-based SaaS organisation. This role is offered as an initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.Role:The Junior IT Support Engineer will provide first-level support to end users across MacOS and Windows platforms.Manage and troubleshoot issues within Office 365, including email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and GSuite.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up devices, configuring software, and managing access rights.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including peripherals, printers, and networking equipment.Profile:The Junior IT Support engineer should have experience with the following:Experience supporting MacOS and Windows operating systems.Familiarity with Office365 administration, including Exchange Online and SharePoint.Familiarity with IT ticketing systems like Jira
