An interim industrial relations partner is sought to join this Bolton based company for a 6 month period. An experienced Industrial Relations Partner will join this Bolton based education company focusing exclusively on developing a robust industrial relations strategy. This role is critical as the company navigates potential future changes in the regulatory landscape, including the impact of a possible change in government.This position will play a key role in ensuring the organisation is prepared, proactive, and compliant with any evolving industrial relations expectations.The successful candidate will lead the creation of an industrial relations framework that aligns with the company’s commitment to staff engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.
