Being the point of contact for all credit control issues for the ledger

Posting daily cash received and allocating to invoices

Keeping detailed credit control notes

Generating regular reports on Accounts Receivable

Assisting with Purchase Ledger accounts reconciliations

Preparing and completing the monthly cash expense pay run

Previous experience in a Credit Control position

Ability to plan and effectively meet deadlines

Strong people skills to communicate effectively

Good IT skills including Excel
