A well-established not-for-profit organisation in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis with an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who can quickly add value in a busy and purpose-driven environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Supporting year-end processes and audit preparation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Providing financial insight and support to budget holders
- Assisting with process improvement and financial controls
About you:
- Proven experience in a Management Accountant role
- Strong month-end and management reporting experience
- Ideally studying, qualified, or qualified by experience
- Confident working independently and managing priorities
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
Working arrangement:
- Temp to perm opportunity
- Immediate start
- Must be able to work on site in North Yorkshire 1 day per week
