Management Accountant
Location: Just outside Easingwold
Salary: £45,000 - £53,000
Working pattern: Hybrid working available
Robert Half is pleased to be partnering with a successful and growing business to recruit a newly qualified Management Accountant for one of its high-performing divisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to step into a broad management accounting role within a well-performing part of the business, where you will gain exposure to core month-end responsibilities as well as budgeting and forecasting.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing accurate and timely month-end management accounts
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing variances and providing commentary to support decision-making
- Assisting with accruals, prepayments and journal postings
- Supporting financial reporting and analysis for the division
- Working closely with operational stakeholders across the business
About you:
- Ideally newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), although candidates close to qualifying will also be considered
- Strong experience producing month-end accounts
- Solid management accounting background
- Confident working with stakeholders and explaining financial information clearly
- Proactive, organised and keen to develop within a successful business
