Robert Half are working with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who can provide high-quality, pragmatic HR advice across the employee lifecycle, with particular strength in end-to-end employee relations. Alongside your advisory expertise, you'll play an important role in using HR data and reporting to support informed decision-making across the organisation.
The Role
As HR Advisor, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders, providing trusted advice across a broad range of HR matters. You will take ownership of employee relations cases from initial advice through to resolution, whilst also supporting the business with meaningful HR insights and reporting.
