Training Coordinator - Up to 3 months - Milton Keynes - Hybrid - Up to £18/hr

We're looking for a proactive Training Coordinator to join a busy, collaborative team supporting the delivery of training programmes across the EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring training courses run smoothly, delegates receive an excellent experience, and operations are delivered to the highest standard.

- Job Title: Training Coordinator
- Pay rate: £15 - £18/hr (DOE) + holiday pay
- Location: Milton Keynes
- Working Pattern: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
- Contract Length: Up to 3 months
- Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating course logistics, including venues, delegate communications, and virtual delivery arrangements.
- Acting as a key point of contact for delegates, tutors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Managing post-course administration, including certificates, reporting, system updates, and documentation.
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams to keep everything running efficiently.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or customer-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- A proactive, flexible approach, with the confidence to use your initiative and solve problems.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
