Robert Half is seeking a creative, proactive and highly organised Marketing Specialist with a strong creative and video production background to join our London-based marketing team at The Shard.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a range of marketing activities across digital channels, including content, social media, email marketing, events and webinars.
This role places particular emphasis on video editing and creative content production, so candidates with a genuine creative flair and hands-on video skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
Working closely with local, regional and international marketing teams, the successful candidate will help deliver engaging, high-quality marketing activity that supports Robert Half's wider business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Content & Collateral
- Develop and deliver marketing collateral across a range of digital channels.
- Create engaging and relevant marketing content in line with Robert Half's brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials and communications.
- Use the company's content management system (CMS) to upload and update content and web pages.
- Support the delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Events & Webinars
- Support the planning and delivery of in-person and virtual events and webinars.
- Develop event-related marketing materials and assets.
- Support the promotion of events across relevant digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
