Robert Half are partnering with a market-leading SaaS organisation to recruit a Mac Support Engineer on an initial 6-week contract based in Cambridge , supporting the internal IT function of a growing technology business based in London. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees across the business, while also assisting with the administration and maintenance of internal IT systems, devices and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, managing technical issues from initial diagnosis through to resolution. Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and other end-user devices. Provide hands-on support across Apple macOS and Windows environments. Manage user accounts, permissions and access across internal systems and applications. Manage the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
