Robert Half is supporting a global risk consulting firm in the search for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to join an initial 3-month engagement supporting a major end client. This role will suit a hands-on Microsoft 365 specialist with strong experience across the M365 ecosystem and recent exposure to Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio within enterprise environments.
Ideally, you'll have experience operating within regulated environments such as Financial Services, Insurance or Banking, with a strong understanding of governance, security and compliance requirements.
Contract Details
Initial 3-month contract
Hybrid working in London c.2 days a week on site
Β£400-450 plus 12.07% per day PAYE holiday pay (No umbrella company fees or deductions)
Immediate start preferred (1-2 week turnaround from initial application through to final approval, subject to completion of all documentation and checks).
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert across Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID.
Support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Design, build and support secure Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with governance and compliance requirements.
Deliver technical solutions covering identity, collaboration, messaging and endpoint management.
Support M365 migrations, upgrades and platform enhancements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve productivity through Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities.
Contribute to testing, deployment and ongoing support activities.
