With continued growth and expansion across multiple jurisdictions, the organisation is seeking an experienced Group Treasury Manager to lead the development of its group-wide treasury function and support its long-term strategic ambitions.

This is a high-profile opportunity within a highly regarded Corporate Finance team, reporting directly to senior finance leadership.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening treasury governance, liquidity management, banking relationships, forecasting capability and treasury reporting across a complex international group structure.

The Role

You will take ownership of the Group Treasury function, helping to design and implement a scalable treasury operating model that supports continued business growth.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Investment, Operations and Executive leadership, you will drive best practice treasury management, enhance financial controls and deliver valuable insight to support strategic decision-making.

This is a broad and commercially focused position that combines treasury expertise, governance, process improvement and strategic influence within a dynamic and growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of a scalable, best-in-class Group Treasury function.
  • Develop and maintain treasury policies covering liquidity, investments, risk management and governance.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and funding requirements across the Group.
  • Support financing initiatives, working capital requirements and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Build forecasting models and scenario analysis covering acquisitions, refinancing, dividends and stressed liquidity events.
  • Oversee banking relationships, banking platforms, mandates and payment controls.
  • Monitor treasury risks including liquidity, counterparty, foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
  • Lead treasury reporting for senior management, Executive Committee and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive automation, process optimisation and improvements to treasury systems and reporting infrastructure.
  • Act as the primary contact for treasury-related internal audit, external audit and regulatory reviews.

About You

  • ACT qualified or equivalent treasury professional qualification preferred.
  • Proven treasury leadership experience gained within a corporate, financial services, investment management or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and treasury reporting.
  • Experience developing treasury policies, governance frameworks and internal controls.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury systems and payment controls.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to driving change and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with advanced Excel capability.
  • Experience operating within an international group structure would be highly advantageous.
