A global credit management and advisory business, working with financial institutions across multiple asset classes and markets. Around 200 people worldwide, with over 100 in the UK. It's entrepreneurial, award-winning, and still small enough for individuals to make their mark.
The opportunity
Marketing here has been through a real reset. A new Marketing Lead has rebuilt the brand, guidelines and collateral, and the business is now moving into a digital transformation phase. Brand is being handed to an internal colleague, so they need a digital specialist to own the website, CRM and social channels. That frees the Lead to focus on strategy.
You'll join a two-person team that looks after all group marketing, supported by a network of freelancers and agencies for content and design. It's a hands-on role with plenty of scope to shape how digital works.
What you'll do
- Own the corporate website (WordPress): content, updates, performance and user experience
- Run and grow LinkedIn, X and TikTok, both organic and paid, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Write and adapt content for different audiences and channels
- Deliver email campaigns and support the rollout of the company CRM, including segmentation and reporting
- Track, analyse and report on digital performance, and turn the insights into recommendations
- Manage external agencies and suppliers, and work with IT and Information Security on website and tooling
- Monitor competitors and help shape the digital strategy as it evolves
What you'll bring
- 2-5 years' digital marketing experience across website, social and campaigns, in-house or agency
- Proven WordPress experience: content, plugins and troubleshooting
- Hands-on LinkedIn campaign experience, plus Google Analytics, Mailchimp or similar, and Hootsuite/Canva
- Strong copywriting, with the confidence to work with and influence senior leaders
- CRM experience (Dynamics or similar)
- A background in a corporate or professional environment, ideally financial or professional services, and in a business of comparable size. This is a structured, established environment, so you'll need to be comfortable working within it
- Comfortable using AI tools for content and workflow
- SEO, HTML/CSS and B2B/B2C experience are a bonus, and industry background is flexible
