Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a leading medical communications company in Central London who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Accounts Receivable Assistant until late November at least.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their finance team for 2-months initially.
In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Billing and sales invoicing
- Multi-currency transactions
- VAT on sales, including reverse charge
- Manual AR processing
- Credit control and chasing via email
- Chasing internal stakeholders for billing info
- Resolving customer queries
- Supporting AP when required
Profile:
The successful interim AR Assistant will be predominantly AR focused with 3+ years' experience, and comfortable dropping into AP when needed. You must have:
- Microsoft Dynamics experience (essential)
- Strong VAT knowledge, including reverse charge
- Multi-currency experience
- CMap experience (ideal)
- Expenses experience using SAP Concur (ideal)
You must be immediately available to start next week and able to hit the ground running to be considered for this role.

Our client is a medical communications company with offices on Central London, looking to recruit an immediate AR Assistant until late November at least. This role is fully remote.
Salary & Benefits:
This interim AR Assistant role will be paying up to £19 per hour PAYE dependent on experience.
