Key Responsibilities:
- Create purchase orders at the direction of Project Managers
- Process invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
- Manage supplier accounts and complete onboarding documentation
- Liaise with suppliers regarding payment queries
- Maintain contract documentation and variation logs
- Support procurement and assist with spend analysis
What We're Looking For:
- Some experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance/admin role
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- A methodical, accurate approach to work
- Familiarity with Sage is a bonus, but not essential

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (pro-rated for part-time)
