Robert Half Ltd are working with an organisation based in Kidlington that are looking for a Project Accountant to join the team on a temporary basis. This role will take ownership of the financial management of a portfolio of projects and capital programmes.
This is a key finance business partnering role, working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and support informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to Project Managers and senior stakeholders
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial governance across projects
- Challenge financial performance, identify risks and drive corrective action
- Support business cases, investment decisions and benefits realisation
- Provide financial assurance and advice at project governance boards
- Support capital and medium-term financial planning
- Partner with Procurement and business leads on tenders and commercial proposals, ensuring value for money
- Present complex financial information clearly and influence senior decision-making
