Job Overview:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users across office and project environments.
- Assist with IT administration and help automate recurring tasks and processes.
- Support IT projects, including setting up connectivity and technology at remote sites.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and process improvements.
- Create and maintain clear IT documentation, user guides and training materials.
- Manage equipment inventories, software licences and purchasing records.
- Work with suppliers and support procurement and invoice administration activities.
- Use Excel and data analysis skills to support reporting and administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with userbase, solving technical issues and providing guidance
Desirable experience includes scripting, automation, AI tools, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and business application administration
