Due to this growth, they are now looking to hire a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team.
Role
The Finance Business Partner for this growing environment trade and services business based in North London, will work closely with the Head of Finance providing a strategic financial insight and guidance to drive business performance and growth. They will also take ownership of varied duties including:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial and operational strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Challenge and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders to enhance financial understanding and accountability.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, and process optimisation.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend actions for improvement.
- Support internal and external audit processes as required.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner position, should have the following attributes:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) with experience in a commercial finance capacity.
- Strong evidence of business partnering and managing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ownership of budgeting and forecasting procedures.
- Experience in a similar industry would be advantageous.

£65,000 - £70,000 plus benefits:
