Exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a thriving business based near Didcot, offering up to £40,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits
The role
As IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- providing excellent 1st-2nd line support and service to users across the business, both locally and internationally
- building and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices etc. (predominantly Windows, some MacOS)
- managing starters / leavers process, building and deploying new equipment as well as decommissioning
- managing and supporting M365, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune etc.
- license management (software & hardware)
- support on various IT projects
About you
Applicants for the IT Support Engineer role will have:
- prior experience gained in a similar IT Support, Help desk, Service Desk, IT Technician role
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- experience with M365, Windows, Intune, Windows, Entra ID etc.
- excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to take ownership of problems
- basic networking and cyber security skills
