Credit Controller – 12 month contract – Datchet – £30000- £32000 per annum – Hybrid Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the company\’s credit control processes, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements. Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices through phone calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure timely payment. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, provide regular reports on outstanding debts, and monitor aged debt reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment and foster long-term partnerships. Identify opportunities to enhance credit control processes and implement best practices for efficiency. Work closely with the sales and finance teams to address payment issues and support business growth.
