We're working with a fast-growing B2B services business to recruit a Credit Control Team Leader. Reporting to the Head of Credit, you'll lead a team of up to 10, drive collection performance and play a key role in developing the wider credit function. Manchester, hybrid. Key responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a Credit Control team of 6-10. Manage performance, including regular reviews, objectives and development plans. Set and monitor individual and team collection targets. Manage high-volume ledgers and drive cash collection performance. Identify and manage credit risk, minimising bad debt and write-offs. Handle customer escalations, payment plans and complex queries. Work closely with internal stakeholders across Credit, Insurance and Legal.
