Building Manager

Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Building Manager based in London. The Building Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management of building operations, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service delivery. This role covers a range of responsibilities across hard and soft facilities management, environmental performance, health and safety, and project oversight. Key Responsibilities: Maintain high standards of facilities management, ensuring buildings are safe, functional, and well-presented. Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance obligations, maintaining accurate documentation and preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. Provide leadership to site-based teams and ensure all building managers meet operational responsibilities, stepping in to provide cover when required.
