Part-Time Interim HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
North Bristol | 2-3 days per week | £20-£25 per hour DOE | Ongoing interim
Robert Half are working with a client who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join their organisation on an ongoing interim basis, working 2-3 days per week in North Bristol.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident providing sound, practical HR advice and who can balance day-to-day HR activity with supporting managers through periods of change.
The role
You'll be responsible for providing generalist HR support across the business, with a particular focus on:
- Providing confident, practical advice on UK employment law and employee relations
- Supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries and people matters
- Advising on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Supporting organisational change, including small-scale restructures and consultations
- Helping managers navigate change in a fair, consistent and legally compliant way
- Keeping HR processes, documentation and records up to date
- Providing hands-on support with the wider day-to-day HR workload
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience working as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar
- Is confident and up to date with UK employment law
- Has experience supporting organisational change and small-scale restructures
- Is comfortable working closely with managers and providing pragmatic advice
- Can confidently manage both more complex HR matters and the everyday HR workload
- Is hands-on, approachable and able to get stuck in
- Can work independently and hit the ground running
This is an ongoing interim opportunity, ideal for an immediately available experienced HR professional looking for a part-time assignment where they can make an immediate impact.
