We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity seeking a Temporary Administrator to provide essential support to its advisory team during a busy period. On a part time basis working 20 hours per week. This role would suit an organised and personable individual with strong administrative skills and the confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to advisers and the wider team
  • Managing emails, correspondence, and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Liaising professionally with colleagues, service users, and external contacts
  • Assisting with diary management and general office administration

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Professional and empathetic approach when dealing with service users
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Previous administration experience preferred
