We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our prestigious Windsor showroom, representing one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands: Rolex. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined retail environment, delivers exceptional service and builds meaningful relationships with clients. Experience in watches or jewellery is not essential, what matters most is your ability to create memorable customer experiences. Backgrounds in luxury retail, premium hospitality or high-end client service are highly advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience to every client, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued and understood.
- Build rapport through genuine conversation, active listening and thoughtful discovery questions.
- Guide clients through the Rolex collection with confidence, sharing brand heritage, craftsmanship and product features.
- Support clients in selecting the right timepiece based on their lifestyle, preferences and aspirations.
- Capture and maintain accurate client information to support long-term relationship building.
- Follow up with clients in a timely, personalised manner to nurture ongoing interest and loyalty.
- Contribute to the creation of a warm, welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
- Uphold immaculate presentation of the showroom, displays and product areas.
- Handle products with care, precision and respect for brand standards.
- Support daily store operations, including stock handling, security procedures and administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store targets and deliver a seamless customer journey.
