Robert Dyas, part of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, is looking for a dynamic Trading Administrator to join our team in Wimbledon. About the Role: As a Trading Administrator, you\'ll play a crucial role in supporting our Buying and Merchandising team. You\'ll provide administrative assistance, manage product data, handle purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers. This position is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our product lifecycle. What You\'ll Do: Support the Buying team with daily administrative tasks. Manage product information and SKUs. Create and process purchase orders. Coordinate with suppliers and track deliveries. Analyse data and run reports to aid decision-making. Assist with promotional activities and stock management. What We\'re Looking For: Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Macros). Analytical skills and attention to detail. A proactive and team-oriented approach. A keen interest in retail and product management.
