We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the Robert Dyas Ecommerce team on a fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will take ownership of a £5m+ annual performance marketing budget, driving growth and profitability for Robert Dyas, Ryman, and the London Graphic Centre. This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for managing PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting, and Prospecting channels to deliver against ROI and growth targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Retail Sector Experience: A proven background in the retail industry, with hands‑on experience selling physical products (rather than services).
- Google Ads Expertise: At least 3+ years of experience in optimising paid marketing campaigns, with deep, technical expertise in Google Ads.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A strong track record of hitting ROAS/ROI targets and an ability to adapt strategies based on performance analytics.
- Analytical Rigour: Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and managing product feeds to maximise visibility and click‑through rates.
- Collaboration: A proactive approach to working with trading teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align paid media activity with business priorities.
