Key Responsibilities
- Trading Performance: Drive category budgeted KPIs, including sales growth, margin improvement, and stock turn.
- Range Development: Assist in product selection and sourcing to build innovative, market‑leading ranges.
- Analytical Insight: Master competitor and trend analysis to identify commercial opportunities and optimise pricing.
- Supplier Partnerships: Manage and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure seamless product launches and maximum profitability.
What We Need
- Commercial Awareness: A sharp eye for products and an understanding of multi‑channel retail trends.
- Data Fluency: Highly numerate with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to inform decision‑making.
- Collaborative Mindset: An effective communicator capable of building strong relationships across cross‑functional teams.
