The Role: Dropship Operations & Supplier Insight Specialist Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Scope to become Permanent) Grant user access for suppliers on our reporting platform and guide them through system account linking. Vendor Training & Data Enablement: Deliver structured 1:1 and group training sessions teaching suppliers how to navigate the dashboard and leverage performance drivers, category share, basket attachment rates, online conversion metrics, and MyDyas demographic insights. Supplier Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for vendor queries, assisting with dashboard navigation, data refresh schedules, and filter troubleshooting. A Self-Starter & Process Builder: You bring initiative, enjoy working with autonomy, and thrive when building structured operational processes from scratch with supportive guidance. A "Can-Do" Communicator: You are personable, approachable, and confident building strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
