The Junior Sales & Marketing Executive is an entry-level role designed for a motivated graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales and marketing within a manufacturing and sustainability-led business.

Working closely with Cullen Packaging’s Sales and Marketing teams, the role offers broad exposure to customer engagement, new product support and marketing activity. This is a varied, hands-on position where you will learn by doing, supported by experienced colleagues and given the opportunity to develop commercial skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls, handling enquiries, following up opportunities and assisting with day-to-day account activity.
  • Assist the sales team with product sampling, including coordinating samples, preparing information for customers and supporting follow-up activity.
  • Support new market and new business development through research, data gathering and outreach activity.
  • Work with the marketing team to support exhibitions, photoshoots and content creation for sales and marketing materials.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of trade shows, customer visits and events.
  • Provide general support across the commercial team, pitching in where needed to ensure customers receive a positive, professional experience.
  • Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity, supporting reporting and administration.
