Cullen Packaging is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join our Moulded Fibre Sales Team. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. Working as part of a supportive and ambitious team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the continued growth of the business.

The Role

  • Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Handling inbound telephone calls for the business
  • Managing inbound and outbound sales activity across selected customer accounts
  • Preparing and managing customer pricing and quotations
  • Processing customer orders from receipt through to delivery
  • Liaising with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Supporting the external sales team with samples, quotations, customer information, and general account management support
  • Booking and co-ordinating all company parcel dispatches
  • Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining high levels of service throughout
