Cullen Packaging is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join our Moulded Fibre Sales Team.

Working within the Moulded Fibre Internal Sales Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound telephone calls for the business
  • Managing inbound and outbound sales activity across selected customer accounts
  • Liaising with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Supporting the external sales team with samples, quotations, customer information, and general account management support
  • Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining high levels of service throughout

Professional with an excellent telephone manner. Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office. Previous sales, administration, or customer service experience would be beneficial.
